UBOD Updates

I just received an email from Ms. Glenn Maboloc regarding the development of the Ubod Series. Well, they are going to stick to a 50-page limit per entry. The NCCA's Committee on Literary Arts will meet on Oct. 16 to discuss the various requests brought out last Sept. 30 (too bad I was not able to attend the said meeting because I did not receive the mail they sent).

Time Table

Deadline for bionote and acknowledgement will be on Oct. 18. Send it via e-mail.

November-December. We will be asked to come to the office to take a final look at the print-ready manuscripts for approval.

Santiago Villafania is a bilingual Filipino poet who writes in English and in his native language of Pangasinan. Born in Tuliao, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan on 31 January 1971, Villafania graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pangasinan in 1991. Villafania advocates for the resurgence of Pangasinan as a literary language.
