Call for Production Staff and Audition Call for Actors for an independent full-length Pangasinan digital film called ANACBANUA (The Child of the Sun)

ANACBANUA is a full-length non-narrative/non-linear montage of images and sound that will use feature, documentary and experimental film techniques to create a cinematic vision of present-day Caboloan*. Anacbanua will be filmed in HDV format. The anlong or Pangasinan-language poems of Santiago Villafania, Mel Orpilla, and a few other contemporary Pangasinan poets will be featured and will serve as the audio narration in the film. Principal photography will take place in scenic and iconic locations in Central and Western Pangasinan for five days this mid-November 2008.
