I don't receive invitation too often and this one could be an opportunity but I don't have the means to go to the said World Writers Festival in India. Perhaps I could tap some support from our Local Government in Pangasinan but I am not so sure if I could get any.

INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN WORLD WRITERS FESTIVAL-INDIA (2004)

India Inter-Continental Cultural Association (a registered society promoting art, literature & culture since 1994 and Registered under Govt. of India's Registration of Society Act) & Writers Club International announce the holding of WORLD WRITERS FESTIVAL-INDIA at Chandigarh (a city beautiful in the north of India) from 16-20 October, 2004.

However the salient features of the Festival are as under:



Title : WORLD WRITERS FESTIVAL-2004 (INDIA)

Venue : CHANDIGARH (INDIA)

Dates : 16-20 October 2004

Theme : World Peace and Literature with special focus on spreading the message of great Indian tradition of VASUDEVA KATUMBKAM (the whole world is our family)

Languages : English, Hindi, Punjabi



However the participating poets can read poetry in any language of the world but he/she must provide us an English translation of the same for circulation among delegates and for publishing in the Anthology.
