I just received a forwarded email regarding the plan to organize all the Pangasinan Associations of North America, Canada and everywhere else into an INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF PANGASINAN ASSOCIATIONS. Well, it's about time and I can't wait for this to materialize. I hope this is not another "anlong ya imbalikas ed dagem."
On the other hand, here's another sonnet for our Governor-elect Victor Aguedo Agbayani. This is my second poem addressed to him. I too believe that poetry does not necessarily belong to writers and poets, but leaders too, as their keen interest in poetry will help them understand people's aspirations.
